How long does it take to process my order?

All non pre-order items take about 24 - 48hrs to process before shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping time varies, you can find out more from our Store Policies page. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to the following countries:

United Kingdom, United States, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain.

How do I track my order? 

You can track your order once it has shipped via the tracking number provided through email notification. 

Can I change/adjust my order after purchasing?

We are able to make alterations to your order prior to shipment. If you have made a mistake whilst purchasing, please contact customer service as soon as possible to adjust the details. Please be aware that once your item has been shipped we are unable to make any further changes or cancel the shipment.
