U.S. Customers — Customs & Import Duties:

We’re proud to ship internationally, including to the United States. Please note that all KEEKS BY KIKI pieces are designed in the UK and manufactured with care in China. Due to current U.S. tariff regulations, some orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost. KEEKS BY KIKI is not responsible for these additional fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Next Day Delivery:

We offer next day delivery for our UK customers using the Evri Next Day service. Please make your order before 4pm (BST) Monday to Friday to receive your order the next following business day, your order will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays.

International Shipping:

We are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. If you are based in the European Union, please be aware of the new customs charge before purchasing. If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.

 

Regular Orders:

We aim to ship all regular orders within 72 hours of purchase. Once your item(s) has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your delivery including your tracking number, courier and any other additional information. 

UK customers should expect their package within 2-3 business days via Evri Standard. International customers will receive their item(s) within 6-11 business days via Evri 

 

Pre-Orders/Custom Products:

Preorder gives you the chance to purchase a item(s) that has not yet become available and will at a later date. Payments for preorder items will be charged at the time of purchase which means changes to the order or product are not allowed. Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates only. You can check the estimated shipping date on the product page, it will also be include in your confirmation email. Please be aware that the shipping date can vary, you will be updated via email when your item has been shipped.

There may be a few changes that occur when it comes to our privacy policy however we will keep the policy updated and notify you of any significant changes.
