How long does it take to process my order?


All non pre-order items take up to 72 hours to process before being shipped unless stated otherwise. Delivery times vary, you can find out more information from our Shipping page. We will contact you if there are any updates with your order. 

Do you offer International shipping?


Yes! We offer worldwide shipping using UPS and Royal Mail . 

How do I track my order?

Can I change/adjust my order once purchased? 


We are able to make alterations to your order prior to shipment. If you have made a mistake whilst purchasing, please contact customer service at info@keeksbykiki.com as soon as possible to adjust the details. Please be aware that once your item has been shipped we are unable to make any further changes or cancel the shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept payment through PayPal, Google Pay, & Klarna. We also accept various card types including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Maestro.

Why was I charged for my pre-order?


A pre-order gives you the chance to purchase any item(s) that has not yet become available and will at a later date. Payments for pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase. 

 

How long until my pre-order arrives?


Shipping dates on pre-Order items are estimates only. You can check the estimated shipping date on the product page, it will also be include in your confirmation email. Please be aware that the shipping date can vary, you will be updated via email when your item has been shipped.
